While working towards er degree, Miss. McCracken was an ASLA activities coordinator, received numerous design scholarships from the Texas Garden Club, and was awarded the "Spirit of Place" Scholarship from the Texas A&m Landscape Architecture Faculty.  Prior to joining DSS, Ms. McCracken was associated with the Texas Department of Transportation where she was involved in street corridor design.  Throughout Molly's life she has been actively involved in competitive soccer which has lead her to specialize in the master planning of athletic complexes and community parks.  Molly also plays a major role in he production of graphic presentations and marketing graphics.

Mr. Shipp has been a member of the DSS design team since 1997.  Upon serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, David attended the University of Illinois, were he was a member of Sigma Lambda Alpha and ASLA. David specialized in recreation facilities and park master planning with an emphasis on project management.  Other roles include contract administration, contract preparation, Texas Parks and Wildlife grant application, construction detailing and documentation.
